Officers / Leadership

Christopher Hines
President
Chris Hines is Cassie’s father and serves as President of the CHSCF Board. He brings experience in financial advising, restaurant operations, and community leadership, along with a deep personal commitment to the mission.

Karen Hines
Vice President/Executive Director
Karen Hines is Cassie’s mother and was her primary caregiver. As Vice President and Executive Director, she helps lead CHSCF’s storytelling, partnerships, and program vision.

Jeffrey Priskey
Treasurer
Jeff Priskey is Cassie’s brother-in-law and serves as Board Treasurer. A CPA with a background in accounting and external reporting, he helps guide the foundation’s financial stewardship.

Ashley (Hines) Priskey
Secretary
Ashley Priskey is Cassie’s sister and a founding board member. With senior HR leadership experience, she brings strategic perspective and long-standing commitment to CHSCF’s growth.

Director
Michelle Morris is a founding board member with executive leadership experience in marketing, digital strategy, and brand growth.

Ron Valentine
Director
Ron Valentine is a healthcare finance executive with more than 25 years of experience in executive finance and banking leadership.

Jacqueline Zawierucha
Director
Jacki Zawierucha is Cassie’s aunt and godmother and a longtime educator and school leader with deep personal connection to the mission.

Lisa Chorazyczewski
Director
Lisa Chorazyczewski brings more than 30 years of experience in employee benefits and health and life solutions.

Aleasha Taweel
Director
Aleasha Taweel is an attorney with experience in defense and probate litigation, bringing legal perspective and service-minded leadership to the board.

Donor Development Manager
Alexis Vought serves as Donor Development Manager, helping strengthen the relationships that support CHSCF’s mission and expand its impact. Her background is in public and nonprofit administration, with a passion for bringing people together through meaningful experiences.
